Fore & Away is an AI-powered golf trip planner built for groups who take their travel seriously. You describe your trip in plain language — destination, group size, number of rounds, budget, pace — and the planner builds a complete day-by-day itinerary: courses, tee times, lodging options, and a shared cost breakdown per player. What used to take days of spreadsheet work and group text threads takes a few minutes.
Golf trips are notoriously hard to plan. Every group has its own mix of handicaps, budgets, and preferences. The good courses require knowing which stay-and-play packages are worth it, which tee time windows are realistic, and where the group is going to eat and sleep without someone doing thirty browser tabs of research. We built Fore & Away to handle that research layer — powered by Anthropic's Claude — so the organizer can spend less time coordinating and more time playing.
Fore & Away was founded in 2026 by a golfer who got tired of being the person in the group chat who figures everything out. The platform is actively developed and updated. If you have feedback, a course recommendation, or a destination you think we're sleeping on, we want to hear it.
Trip itineraries are generated by Claude, Anthropic's AI model, using a planning approach purpose-built for golf travel. We don't use a generic travel database. The recommendations come from how Claude reasons about golf destinations — course quality, routing, seasonality, pricing tiers, and group logistics — not from sponsored placements or affiliate-first sorting.
