Fore & Away is an AI-powered golf trip planning tool. You describe a trip, and our AI (“Caddie”) generates a suggested itinerary — courses, lodging, dining, and activities — with links to book each item on third-party platforms.
Everything Caddie produces — course recommendations, pricing estimates, availability windows, restaurant suggestions, budget breakdowns — is AI-generated and meant to help you plan, not to serve as confirmed bookings or verified facts. Course availability changes, prices fluctuate, and restaurants close. You are responsible for independently verifying and completing all bookings before relying on any part of the itinerary. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of anything Caddie suggests.
Fore & Away includes affiliate links to third-party booking platforms, including TeeOff, GolfNow, Vrbo, Discover Cars, Viator, and OpenTable. When you book through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We aren't the seller of record for anything you book — that transaction is between you and the third-party platform, subject to their own terms, policies, and cancellation rules.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

Your use of the service, and any bookings you make as a result of it, is at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fore & Away after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. jurisdiction.
